Piston Ring Question

If i wanted to get new rings...are they going to be .25 oversize or just standard??

if theres excessive wear i would re bore and throw in some sleeve or step it up .25, but check the gap, if theres not much wear get a nice crosshatch in there and throw in new original sized rings

i asked the same question in my build thread.
it was explained to me that to go to the .25 over bore rings you need a bigger piston

crosshatch - emery cloth the cylinder so that its sanded in a nice cris cross pattern
