I'd like to powder coat my rims but I see the cushions on the rear rim are embedded in the casting. Anyone have experience powder coating the rear rim? Will the cushions take the heat, up to 400F?

You'll have to get the bushings and sprocket bolts out which I believe requires destroying them. A few people here have done it successfully though. I tried searching but couldn't find the thread. It pops up often though, I'm sure someone knows where it is!
