So, I had both covers for the rear axle bearings, when I picked them up from the shop I was missing one on the rotor side. I checked everywhere I had the wheels before calling and I can’t find them. The place swears this is how they got them but they said they checked everywhere including the parking lot and to no avail. They won’t take responsibility, and the only place I had them was in the back of my car which I new I had dust covers.
So my question is, was there a dust cover on the rear rotor side or am I just losing it? If so, I’ll have to buy another since I can’t find it and they won’t replace it.
