I'm swapping over from rear drum to rear disc but my setup didn't come with an axle. I'm assuming the axle off my 81 rear drum setup is the same overall length and diameter, but I'm unsure about spacers. I tried to find any variances while looking on parts diagrams from Babbitt's Yamaha parts warehouse website but I'm struggling to find what I'm looking for.
Would I be able to use any associated spacers that came from my drum setup on this rear axle?
If not where would be the best place to find some. eBay has been no help (shocker)
If I can't buy any, would anybody have any dimensions they could send me? I have access to a lathe, so turning some spacers down is no big deal really.
