So are not genuine yamaha

never heard of an xs350!
 
I suspect the 360 swing arm is about an inch shorter, but everything else will fit if its an SOHC model
 
It's probably geared differently and likely has a different chain and sprocket setup to maximize the engine's output. I'm speculating though!
 
I never noticed till I went to a show and there was a later (1980ish) bike and a "special". I had my xs440D which is just after the 360

The guy pointed out to me the difference and without them side by side I would have never known.
More trail I guess which = easier straight line riding
