Can the two carbs on my bike share an air filter without causing problems? I am thinking of building a 2 into 1 air filter tube connected to a larger filter beside the engine rather than 2 filter pods. I don't want to move the carbs, just the air filter.

don't see why not, make sure it flows enough air though!
I'm also thinking that should work fine. Be sure to post pictures!

K&N makes a 2-in-1 filter for a Zook GS500e...I think it also used 34mm carbs too...might work.
