can anyone help me with what spool hub or where i can pick one up to lace to a 21 rim and run on my xs400? any help would n appreciated.

You can keep the hub that came with the wheel if the shaft size is the same. You may have to cut a bit on each side to fit and at the same time keep the wheel centered between the two forks. I only swapped my original drum onto the new 21" wheel, because it had better braking. The dirt bike drums don't have much bite.
