Was just wondering how light can you get these, and pass your state inspection?

Light weight is one of my goals but can't speak number til spring.
However cannot expect too much difference as I am running the stock alloys.

When I got the 80 the title says the dry weight was 373lbs I have pulled 43lbs off of it ( I weighed everything) So I would say it is around 330 now. I am going to keep working on it

Which is one of the reasons I like these machines; and part of my motivation for selling the Harley (it feels like a lead-sled by comparison!)

The lack of weight helps with cornering. I also like that I can easily hold the bike parallel to the ground.

Is there a truck scale in your area that you could use after hours to weigh it? Do you have a build thread?

I don't have access to a scale unfortunately. This is what it looks like right now; very minimalist with fiberglass panels.

You could also use two bathroom scales - one per wheel, and they should show you the weight if you combine them...
