Xs400 not starting

The starter is turning but not the engine.
I think the video says more than 1000 words. Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

What motor is this? DOHC?

Yes. It is DOHC 1986.

Not sure how the dohc xs400 e-start works. I would look up the break down of that system to see what might be broken.
