Yamaha XS400 1977
Hi all,
I'm putting my 77' XS400 up for sale due to running out of funds and needing a road going "ready to go" motorbike.
Approx 14,000 miles on the clock
MOT until April 2016
Currently not running
Work Carried out as follows -
I have also stripped and cleaned all engine casings. I have cleaned and sprayed some of the casings with metallic paint as they had rust that prevented a good metal finish.
I have 2 full original wiring harnesses that will come with the bike. You can either use these on the bike, as templates for a new one, or discard them. I was going to get a new one made as wasnt planning on running lights or indicators. i was also going to upgrade from points ignition to electronic.
The bike has no kick start and is electric start only.
Will need new chain and footpeg rubbers.

- Frame + Tank Blasted and painted
- Brakes professionally shot blasted back to ally
- Carbs professionally shotblasted and re-built
- New HEL brake lines in Red
- New 2 finger brake levers
- Custom "Deus ex Machina" tank vinyls
- Custom Brown Leather Seat
- Brand new tyres
- New air filters
