I have a drum brake rear wheel from an SR250 fitted to my chop.
Rather than have a long brake stay tie bar for the drum,I have rotated it slightly so I can run a 1/2" bolt through the frame gusset and into the retaining hole on the brake plate,therfore...
Cheers xschris....was thinking originally of just baffling the straight through pipes,but i quite like the idea of a silencer now.The smaller,older looking one is a BURGESS DEEPNOTE,I got from an old Ariel,so should produce a nice sound...:wink2:
