Hey guys,

First of all sorry for my english. So everything with my bike was perfect until today when I came in a garage - I saw some gasoline on the ground on the left side of my bike. I see gas only on the left carb. What is your suggestions? Valve Needle? What to do? few days ago I put on a new tank and rebuilded petcock. Some photos

Theres many things that can cause this,a sticking float or improperly set float height. Also sometimes the seal underneath the pet cock can leak.
Good luck

Some think there are lots of things that can let gas leak out of the carb. There is only one thing. float valve is staying open.
There can be many reasons for this but mostly dirty float vales, dirty fuel, improper float adjustment, Not turning the petcock to off. Happens more often than you think.
See as it's a new tank with rebuilt petcocks I would start there.
Once you determine if the petcocks leak or not move down the line. Next the float valves. Even new ones can have issues, some have burrs around the hole that won't let the needle seat. Take a Q-tip, peek off the cotton and replace with 0000 steel wool. Use this steel Q-0tip to polish the seat. A bit of carb cleaner helps.

I took my tank off and gas leaks through petcock on every position (ON,RES) and PRI. Cant understand what is wrong cause I bought new rebuild kit... Any ideas?

Yeah I know this thread I did exactly how it should be... :(

@Darkmidknightwarrior - Yeah it's in the right position.

Bad News... I have gas in my oil..
I hope that someone who had the same problem will see this post..

I can't help you with the petcock...I replaced mine with a manual petcock.

As to the fuel in the air filters, even with the petcock wide open, that shouldn't happen. Time to take the carbs off and apart. Check the float needle and seat for dirt and wear and check the float height. Also, make sure the tab that limits the float's fall is set right. If the float is allowed to go too low, it can bind and stick open.
