Just stopping by to see how the XS400 world is doing. Seen a few at bike shows this year (horribly done, mind you) and it gave me the idea to come check up on everyone.

No longer into the XS scene, but I've got quite a few projects on my hands that you might like.

My daily ride. Up to 60hp on the stock motor now, calling it quits there as this was never supposed to be a bike to be ridden. It was going to be a show only bike, but I rode it once after the restoration and said screw that :)

This one is going to be my race bike in a few WERA and AHRMA classes. Built RZ350 motor going in with lots of other goodies. RS250 frame, R6 front end and swing-arm, carbon fiber gas tank, BST carbon rims, Traction Control (yes, traction control on a 2 stroke!) etc etc. Hopefully I'll have it done in time for next year. Only picture I have is this mock up I tossed together.

And this one is going to be a street bike with the option for track. I'm building ti in a way where the upper and street electronics can be removed in minutes to get it track ready. Modified RZ frame, CBR400RR swingarm, ZX6R front, CBR600 F3 wheels, NSR250 tank, TZ750 body, RGV250 tail, motor will be around 396cc. Lots of work still on this one, and the race bike is priority.

So hope everyone is well, and don't be afraid to upgrade from a little 400 to something with more value and power! These RZ350's are a blast compared to my old XS400 :)

Nice looking projects there. I am sure they are a blast but am sure the prices are way higher to ;) thats what I like about the 400s there sort of thrifty......

Well the bikes themselves aren't cheap these days, but the parts are plentiful and not expensive. Since the Banshee crowd is still so big, there are TONS of aftermarket goodies still in production for these motors.
