I like the AGM batteries because i mount my battery sideways, and for the size of the battery, it provides much more CCA than a lead acid of the same size.
My battery is 120(give or take) CCA, its probably the smallest AGM size you want when you have the E start.
I did cost me about $90, still less than lithium batteries.
