After being away from track days for a long time I decided to try again before I get too old. I was never any good on the quick bikes of my day so decided to convert one of my 400s......
Work in progress

Where I’m at ......

Are there track times for vintage machines or are you going to have to tolerate the modern weapons attempting to suck you into their wake?

Here in the UK most track days have three groups depending on ability and experience. I intend to keep to the slower groups and let the quick guys in the fast group do their own thing..... even in my younger days I was never up at that level. I started track riding, not to set any circuit records but just to ride and experience all the tracks that I had been watching the racing on for years.
