So my bikes push rod is leaking and I am having a hard time finding a place to buy its seal and bushing. Could anyone help me find a place to buy it? MikesXs just has the XS650s seal and bushing and I dont know if they will work with a XS400

Do you mean the clutch pushrod seal?

I saw that diagram but for some reason thought it was wrong. I haven't actually taken the side cover yet to look at the push rod but from what I have read, it seems like its the culprit. Ive only watched videos of the seal replacement on a 650 and I dont think I have seen part numbers in the videos I watched (16,21,17,23, and the one after that). Thats why I thought this was a different part. But thank you.

Just to clarify, I thought the only parts where a Bearing --> Seal --> Bushing --> Little silver ball and between them was the push rod.

It's probably worth the time to pull the sprocket cover off and have a look. After that, clean the case under the cover up, but the cover back on and ride the bike until you spot the leak. Then you will know for sure.

Is your bike a sohc or dohc. Your leak might be actually coming from two other spots common to the sohc bikes. The neutral switch o-ring and the stator wires rubber grommet that goes into the motor.
