Does this speedo fit the XS400?

As the head line states..
I'm thinking of switching my speedometer. Does anyone know if this one "Part #03-0744" from www.mikesxs.net fits? Bolt on? It's a mini speedometer with lit indicators. My head concern is the lights and if they will work? Neutral, oil and so on?
Any ideas or thoughts?

if you wire in the lights. of course they will work!

Is the ratio the same?

I thought 1 was 2:1, and the other was 2240:60.

So it's bulbs in the mini speedo and not diods? And if so, I just use the wires from the original indicators?

The XS400 needs a 2240:60 speedo, I'm not sure what the ratio is on the one you highlighted from Mike'sXS.

Also Mike's will not ship to Sweden if you were thinking of getting it from there...they direct you to a company in Germany for European orders and that company is pretty exspensive.

Thanks man. I've got a couple of friends in the US that can buy this and mail it to me, but if the ratio dosen't work it's a bust anyways..

Anyone who know where to get one that has the right ratio, and that isn't as big(ass) as the original one?

i got led neutral, just needs an inline resistor (i used a common ground wire) and wired the positives directly

You should be able to find one with the right ratio, and km/h.

Search for either custom chrome mini speedometer, or drag specialties mini speedometer. I think it's the same item. Probably made by some chinese company.
