does this wiring diagram look right to you?

how does this look, i put all my wires i cut out of the stock loom together and this is what im planning on doing. see any flaws, and what are the 2 small wires that attach under the chain guard (yellow and green )

i forgot to draw the inline fuse after the batt.

help me out!!

you can't run the starter motor through the switch. It has to have a direct connection with the battery via the solinoid, a really thick cable!

green and yellow are neutral earth switch and oil pressure switch (so 2 lamps need a + supply and the switched earths for each system.)

I'd run a 20 amp fuse between battery, starter and rectifier and a couple of 10 amp fused "accessory" supplies via ignition switch to a) tci, regulator. b) lamps etc.

I think the tci needs to use the battery power coz if there is an issue with the rectifier, it could fry! at least the battery will give a constant minimum 12 v

one issue is my starter was staying on, but one minor problem is alright!
 
so the ignition side of the wiring all seemed to be fine, but the starter side is having issues..


its wired exactly as the diagram shows above but with out a button for the solenoid( i was planning on just touching a screwdriver between the poles to turn over the starter for now)

but i put the power wire coming off the soleniod on the battery and it keeps turning and wont stop.

any ideas? i tried reversing the wiring on the solenoid but did the same thing.
 
Its just a heavy duty switch, but activated by electricity rather than manualy.

the only other possibilty apart from being broken is, that you have a continuous + supply causing it to be activiated all the time!
 
Just take a DVM set on ohms and see if you have resistance across the two big terminals with the solenoid not wired in. If you do it's either stuck or the internals of the solenoid could be cooked. It should read "OL" without any power.
