How'd I miss this thread? I've got some stickers for all of you on eBay :) My Zombie Stickers

Needless to say, I watch the walking dead too. Travis, no need to worry about spoilers in the comics. The series is completely different, timeline, characters, etc. Main characters are the same, but very different.

Nice to know!

Are you selling those stickers? Or are they just ones you found on ebay? I like them either way! :guns:

Nevermind, I just clicked your ebay name and saw 13 Graphics. So that answers that! For those of you who don't know, Ebola Monkey runs 13 Graphics and does the decals for this site.

I'm going to have to get some of those zombie decals

Ohhhh big fan of walking dead too! Read and watch. I don't know how caught up in am on the comic though, I've read up to volume 15

why hasnt this been dug out of the archives? any thoughts on using subsonic ammunition and a silencer/can to keep attraction to the gunfire down?

That's exactly what they did in the opening episode of last seasons walking dead.

By the way, don't believe the movies as silencers don't silence, but just moderate firearm noise. Also, use a revolver or bolt action rifle as semi automatic actions can create quite a bit of noise too.

I didnt realize walking dead did that. I havnt watched the series. I was just wondering if anyone thought about it using them. and yeah I would use a bolt gun. most semi auto actions wont feed the subsonic rounds properly anyway. plus with a can on the end with smaller calibers such as a 22 with subsonic rounds are a lot more consistent at 120+yards. after the bullet drops below supersonic speeds it becomes unstable in flight. I think rimfire would be the way to go if you could find any ammo. they have factory subsonic rounds. unless you load your own most centerfire rifles and even a 17hmr or 22mag are going to be loud. I'd think about a lever gun too. but its hard to beat the simplicity of a bolt, I wouldnt mind an older marlin or henry though.

and I just read some of the earlier posts. the guys that are sitting on the hill sniping zombies I'd put some flags up for windage, have a topographic map so you can tell elevation and distance to adjust with. but that 6.5 creedmoore is a fantastic round. I'd make sure all your rifles have iron sites along with some good glass. gtg watch out for them bath salt zombies
