German 2A2 Projekt

I had a 95 Cherokee,fully loaded with high output 6 cylinder motor.Great truck,ran well,Wife wrecked it,rear ended by big car,pushed into another big car. Tore up the cars,Jeep had a few scratches,insurance totalled it out,paid me $3500 to keep it.I then sold it for $4500,made $3000 on it anyway ,it was still pristeen. lha
 
Today was again bad weather and so I had little time

so .. since my micro switch is smoked in the handlebars, apparently but the amp to the indicator to draw up, build me once all the crap in order to relay, ditto then the same for both high and low beam, and also for the horn, has the advantage that I also thinner cable circuit can be used.


have favorable micro-relay (mercedes) socketed with get hold of the i-net (4 € piece with the base) and here we go once to the solder and wire ..... blinker relay already have control, far too light .... just rewire the horn still ...

I remember when you have it mounted under the tank, if I had seen before were my tank was tunneled differently. Unfortunately, now I need a long brake cable and a long brake line, what the hell ... i already bought a 140 cm long steel flex brake line for only € 25 and a brake fluid reservoir by a plastic sheep which will be mounted under the tank
 
the side again today and then revised once an old Hella headlamps (which the people have to throw everything to the bulky waste) dedicated to ..... because the lens was not designed for high and low beams on and I'm within the Hella program find anything suitable, had now a 5 3/4 inch Bates headlight believe in it .. and see the reflector plate fits .....

It was once again in small steps further .... the homemade harness keeps it on longer than I thought, I can smell no more solder and am no longer burn the finger at the shrinking hose ... But now he works up to a few little things which I can depend only on the final assembly

paint set is finally finished ..... and half of the cable is now available in the handlebars ....
