Black Betty (Betty the B*tch)

Been a while guys sorry. Here is a update or two.
Moved took her back from my brother who was letting her rot.
Reassembled a good bit of her and started un tangling the wire harness. Still doing some final soldering.
Now for pictures
A coat of rattle can to contain rust until I have her fully ready for a real paint/powder coat job.

Thanks for checking me out again guys Also big props to
ThePsuedoMonkey the awesome schematic with color coordinations
and Travis for the posting and info on wire schematics
Thanks guys that is super valuable info

Thats one of the best made wish bones I have ever seen up close on a bobber/chopper.Almost looks like factory done job rather than someones shabby fabrication job. What i like about is it all blends in with the rest of the frame unlike some I have seen.

I like the front fender! Looks like it would actually keep the spray contained, unlike the stock front fender on my Maxim that only re-directs the spray onto my feet and shins...

That's the TC Bros 650 weld on it's a really quality product that (they don't advertise) fits the 400 pretty well.

Yeah it came with the bike from the PO it's off of a Harley of some sort.

Thanks for all the compliments guy's I have been tinkering with it and have downloaded the Manual from

So big thanks to Travis for that.

Sadly I believe my CDI may have gone. I am going to double check here in a few, but I have no spark and have triple traced every wire except the brown ones that I believe all merge. Also have a good bit of home work to do tonight as well
