How much for the carbs? Are they clean? The coils under the tank and the TCU and regulator or just the whole wiring system?

I tried kicking it over and then pulled the plugs out they are dry. So it seems I am not getting fuel. Does this mean the carb needs to get cleaned again? There is still fuel in the bowl.

What rearset and seat did you use? A similar look I would like to make my bike into once I get it running.

Does any one know if the xs350 frame will fit a xs400 motor? My xs400 doesn't have a title and looking at buying a xs350 that needs mor help than my bike but has has title.
