Took her from New Mexico to bakersfield ca.to buffalo ny.down the east coast.and back.no problems jus had to put gas.

I agree with Chris.a lot easier to cut and weld.I would rather deal with tools than a bureaucrat sitting behind a counter.not a hard weld either.

I agree to swap necks.why go through the hassle if you have a title all ready.your essentially rebuilding your bike from the neck back.

I went to 45 pilot 140 main jet.Fuel mixture 2 turns out.running nice no popping spark plugs look great.sounds bad pass.hope this helps.

You can try tightening control knob under carburetor.till it starts then turn it back down

Exhaust on.pod filters.carb rejected.

A lot cheaper to build your own.and that's part of the fun.looking thru salvage yards.friends piles.trading parts.plus you end up with a bike that's all you.
