Yes, I like the looks of the bikes volc and oneType, they are both great and unique to their own. I have always liked the look of sportster tanks on these 400's. I am having issues with my pics so they should be up sometime tonight if I can get this darn camera working.....:banghead:.

I don't think it does, I dont have mine on there at all I just have pods directly up to the carbs and I didn't need to re tune it when I took the boot off of the pods and hooked them up direct

yes there are rebuild kits out there, mikes xs makes them for bs34 and bs38 carbs, I'm not sure what carbs on your bike. Also you will want to remove everything thats rubber if possible when rebuilding since you will be cleaning the carbs and you don't want the rubbers drying out and cracking.

+1 houghmade, yes that is the way they are supposed to work, if you kill the bike with the kill switch it will stay on until you turn the key to off, the kill switch has nothing to do with it, but the light is not supposed to turn on until the bike was at least attempted to start.

150-160 pounds...do the springs even move when you ride on them, also if yours are the adjustable ones, you can tighten them all the way up to get less travel, as for how much travel is needed im not really sure, my ratty 400 doesnt have a fender on it...:laugh:
