I'm trying to fix a loose backing plate on my tach and I've seen the thread on using 4" heat shrink tubing after the bezels are cut off, but where in the heck do I get the stuff? I've been looking all over. Any know where to get some?

So just a crazy idea I've been pondering. If I were to build a crankcase to mount 2 xs400 heads on a 45 degree v-twin configuration, would it be possible to get the cylinders to fire in a correct order?

So long story short the 2 wires that go to the field coil got ripped out right where they come out of the 2 little holes, I resoldered them, and now when I turn the ignition on it pops my main fuse.
