I figured out why the kickstart wouldn't work, just needed to loosen the clutch up a bit. It started on the first kick last night!

Bought a DID 530 roller chain....works like a charm! Looks like I've got a nice chain to hang on the wall.

The front tire is a Kenda K671, size 110/80/18. Rear tire is a Duro HF904, size 130/90/16.
