Off a 76 xs360, Xs400 looks to be in good shape. The bearings and seals are good. The rim looks straight. I have never run the wheel so I don't know if it will need to be trued or not. Spokes have some rust spots which is to be expected for a 40 year old wheel
Disc is in good shape and measures 5mm and also comes with new locking tabs. What you see is what you get. $180 shipped in the U.S. paypal only family and friends
