Wanted - 2 exhaust nut rings

I realized I couldn't use my existing ones without cutting up the stock exhaust, which I really don't want to do in case someone else can use it. So I need to aquire a couple. OEM part no. 2L0-14612-01-00. Also, I assume flanges are reusable, is that correct? What about the gaskets? Thanks!
