12 ah battery. ES12AA is the walmart brand battery. Other brands would have different numbers but all will be 12ah. Make sure they are the correct physical size and the terminals are on the correct side.
All in the Haynes manual.

hay guys. original manual says 12-n-12a-4a-1 for battery. amazon has a mighty max but i think its 10 amp. will that work?
Just search 12n7-3b on Amazon, the right battery size and terminal layout will be found.

The Yeasa is a good battery. If you want a Mighty Max Gel battery, the one to get is the Mighty Max YB12A-A. I have the Mighty Max and it is a 12AH battery, fits the battery box and has the correct terminal orientation.
Oops, I just realized I did the 360 battery, but you get the idea.
