First bike, first build!

Hey guys (and gals). This is my first bike, and first build. The motorcycle bug bit my brother last year, and now it got me too. Anyway, I was super happy when I found this forum. There's a lot of knowledge, and I've been pouring over other threads for the last month. But, I figure now is as good a time as any to start getting my hands dirty!

It's only running on one cyclinder. Cleaned the carbs, but it didn't do much. Any suggestions? My brother is going to come down and tune them next week, so we'll see if that does the trick.
