    Hi Folks.
I'm very happy to have found a 1982 Seca 400 in decent shape with apperently low km.
    (13000insh)
Back in 1983 I hade bought my first bike at 19 with the help of my dad. He was not into bikes at all. French Canadian Farmer. But he supported my youthful desire nonetheless. It was a 1983 Seca 400. Red,white and thin blue stripe. I sold it a few years later..
    Had a family, life happened.
Now having found this project, my sons and I are exited to get it running again.
Looking forward to exchanging information here with the rest of you .
    Cheers.

Looks pretty clean, much better than mine anyway. How are the fork tubes? The rust on mine drove me crazy, eventuallly bought another set. Anyway, welcome and hope you enjoy the bike.

    Welcome to the forum!

Nice find. It sounds like a great project to do as a family, and I hope you will share how it goes with us.

Nice bike! I have one too, except mine is an '83. This picture was from last summer, the bike is currently dissembled for maintenance.
