The ambiguity is driving me nuts! Unfortunately I don’t have the original owner manual for my Maxim which presumably would have the correct answer. For my Maxim, are the main jets 127.5 and 117.5 like the Seca Service manual says or 125 and 115 like a few but not all, sources say? Does anyone have a definitive answer which?

It is quite possible that my Maxim has been jetted incorrectly for many years. The pipes are not yellow or blue at all. Which I find very unusual. Perhaps that means it has not been running lean enough? The main jets seem to have been installed according to a 1982 Seca (127.5 and 117.5) but a couple of sources I researched (without have the owners manual to confirm) lead me to believe the correct jetting is actually 125 and 115. One of the online sources shows the different jetting for the Maxim too. So I am going to try those jets (125.115 ) when I get to the point of running the engine in a couple of weeks.
