Motad 2-1 exhaust for UK owners..maybe.

I've been swopping emails with the people at Motad (in the UK), concerning the possibility of re-introducing their currently discontinued 2-1 system for the XS400.
Their answer was simple - if enough people are interested, we'll do it. I haven't yet discovered how many is 'enough' or what the cost would be (the man that knows is away until early January) but if you're interested then email Motad and let them know. Merry Christmas.

Got any more info? SOHC only, or there a system for the DOHC as well?

No more info yet. I asked them about the SOHC 1980 model but if they made one specifically for the DOHC I reckon the same answer would apply. In other words, they would resurrect just about any system they still had the tooling/pattern for, if there was enough interest. Send them an email (www.motad.co.uk) and see what they say. I got a reply the same day.
