Hello there everybody! Picked up an excess the other day from an online auction and have been tearing it apart sweet bike it’s a 1980 400. Wanting to start this thread so that I can ask the multiple questions that I have and I face every day while researching more and more parts. I guess one of the first questions I have is tachometer and speedometer ratios. My stock tachometer does not have a ratio on it some of the threads I have seen on here say 1.5 others say 1.4. When I look on Mike’s XS There are multiple ratios to my specific make and year. Can anyone explain to me what the difference would be between a 1.4 and 1.5 or if it is negligible? Will be posting some pictures and updates as I go
