Oil leaking near front axle. What do I tighten?

Hey friends!

Looks like my right-hand fork is dripping some oil from... somewhere. I have to assume it's fork oil, since I have cable/drum brakes. I can't pinpoint where it's coming from, and the fork oil drain plug is sealed nice and tight--as you can see, there's no streaks or anything to indicate it leaking from there. It looks like it's coming from the part that touches the axle (see the grey drop on the second fork bolt/nut below):

It's not a super fast leak but still not ideal. This occurred out of the blue (no whoops or anything!). Any advice on some potential seals/fasteners I should check out to stop this leak?
 
Woof, you nailed it--that's the culprit 😬 I pulled the gaiter off that shock and yup, oily. New fork seals on the way.

I redid the springs not too long ago and they were the ones the bike was born with, so I'm not too surprised if the seals are old and finally bit the dust too. I'm kicking myself for not doing the seals at the same time I did the springs, but c'est la vie.
