The 2 main Screws holing it in has 2 washers each? why? i fully forgot how it went when i took it off.. was so long ago... im wondering if i have it on wrong and thats why im only getting spark on one side...

are you talking about the TCI that runs off the left side of the cam?
The repair manual has them doubled up on each screw by design...not sure why...maybe to serve as a lock washer?

you can set the timing with the electronic ignition, but the gaps the same, so it should still fire!
