Points Timing Issue

So I got a 81 xs250 bottom end with 400 barrel,head,pistons,cam fitted using the points off the 250 and I can't seem to get the right hand side points to time up! Has anyone had this issue before? I can get the left timed up easily but once done there doesn't appear to be enough adjustment on the right hand side to get the points timed video attached to demonstrate the issue
