Stuck swingarm shaft

Swing arm shaft is stuck so I used and angle grinder to cut the shaft.

Any tips to remove the remaining left hand part of the shaft, I've tried a heat gun but it won't budge!

Lots of penetrating oil and more heat than a heat gun. Propane or MAP gas torch at the very least.
