Ok so I got in a rush throwing it back together and slid my battery in backwards and didn’t realize it until I had already tightened both terminals, so its got no power at the moment. Fuses are good, it has a trailtek speedo and cluster on it.
Would it be the regulator? I’ve already replaced starter solenoid

I guess I don't understand the issue you are having. I think that hooking up the battery leads caused problems (it will) but what are the exact things that aren't working?
yes, to put it short I swapped the leads to the wrong terminals, but I’m getting no power whatsoever. Nothing to my dash/speedo, no light, horn, nothin. That’s what makes me geuss regulator/cdi, because power has been cut to everything

Should probably add I’ve traced wires/grounds to see if any burnt up, and I’ve checked all fuses I’ve been able to find

The only electronics that should be affected would be the cdi and pickup coil. Everything else should still work like bulbs, neutral indicator, etc. Unless you switched to all led bulbs, incandescent bulbs have no polarity.

It’s all leds, I’ll add a pic of bike, it has a 05’ wr450 dirtbike front end so none of the factory Speedo headlight signals or anything are there

What @tstidham said....

I recommend getting a volt meter or a test light and start tracing voltage from the battery to each point in the harness to figure out where the break(s) in the wiring harness or components are. Since nothing on the bike is working, I expect you won't have to trace too far as it should be very, very close to the battery.

Leds are polarized and only emit light when hooked up correctly (they are diodes after all). Usually they just don't light until switched back, but they can sometimes be damaged. But to have all of them get damaged would be pretty unlikely, especially for bulbs like the turn signals which shouldn't have power to them until the switch is thrown. I'd double check the fuses, maybe ohm them to verify they have continuity.

I did the same to my '79 XS400 in 2016 with a battery that had terminals the wrong way round. Had lights etc but wouldn't start. Gave up, as the Haynes manual quoted 'catastrophic damage' or words to that effect. Replaced all fuses in 2022, on advice from this forum, and it started/ starts OK. However, it'll only run for 5 mins or so, and conks out when the engine warms up and the spark disappears. A mechanic we know suggests it's the coils or electronic ignition pack I fitted in '82, not the carbs. About to change the coils. If no joy I'll order a new electronic ignition pack from Yambits. Any other advice anyone?
