Hello!
I have a 1977 XS400D.
Trying to install the XS-Charge ignition from MikesXS on it and I have some weird behavior.
I understand that XS-Charge is a clone of a Pamco ignition system.
When I time the left cylinder to fire exactly at LF with a timing light, timing light shows RT on the right cylinder.
Likewise, if I time the right cylinder to fire at RF, left ignition is then advanced to about halfway to the full advance mark.
What is going on here? What is the correct way to set timing with Pamco/XS-Charge?
Thanks for the help!
