    Intake: 0.08 – 0.12 mm
    Exhaust: 0.16 – 0.20 mm

I usually set them on the high side of these ranges as the clearances will close up with normal wear.

When I set mine, I aim for the middle. Then check with the tightest and loosest feeler blades after locking the nut. It usually changes a tad no matter how careful you hold the adjuster bolt while tightening the lock nut.
