dies when given any amount of throttle with choke on, works fine once it warms up. Is it normal?

Does it run OK once warmed up a bit and you turn off the choke? I don’t believe you’re supposed to use a little, if any, throttle when the choke is on, in a properly running bike.

Yeah, it runs well after its warm. So i take it its normal, thanks
