I've been riding since 2006 when I bought and restored a 77 GL1000. My oldest son has been through several "vintage jap bikes" and now rides a V45 Magna which I find a real challenge to wrench on. I bought a 1979 XS400 to restore for my youngest son. It runs OK and I know the two previous POs and I know the bike. I can't get the battery to stay charged and I am currently working through this issue. I hope to be able to contribute in some way to this forum, but I'm a very amatuer wrench. I do lov
