I have a 380 volt polisher whit a cotton brush en a cutting sisal brush, the sisal brush even cuts anodised aluminum no problem . The trick for good polishing is getting heat into the aluminium.

it gets even more confusing when i take of the valve cover there is no problem whit the kickstarter,it turns the engine over smooth.So there is no problem in the gearbox,clutch,crankshaft,timingchain or camshaft.
