Starter is dry?.. Battery near dead?

Its around 4 1/4 at the narrowest up to nearly 5 at the forks.. Roughly..

Engine turn in neutral.? Without the help of the rear wheel.. Can you put a socket on a bolt and turn it over..

Any one know of a cross for an 82 400 maxim intake boot?.. Thinking maybe some other bike has similar boots.. Was told Seca should work but not much luck in finding any..

I just drilled out some screws on a sprocket cover.. I tried impacting it out.. Tried slotting it for a straight bit.. In the end I just drilled it.. Started with a bigger bit.. Then cut out the rest with a small one..
