Okay so I was looking into getting new shocks for my 1982 xs400 heritage special. I would like to know what the max shock length you guys have gone with a stock swingarm with no major modifications. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

I am in search of an off road exhaust pipe for a 1982 xs400. I do not need mufflers I just need a pipe to go from the block to towards the rear of the bike. I am also looking for longer shocks for more ground clearance.
