Well, after having a buddy of mine check out the carbs, we figured out that they're the wrong ones. Guess that means the PO bought the wrong ones, or they were advertised as the wrong ones. Either way after fixing them and getting them running about as right as they can, it still doesn't run...

Most of what you see was done by the PO, my friend. Judging from the underside of the seat pan, it looks to be modded that way.

Here's what she looks like now. Plan on doing a few mods once it's running right.
