inner tubes

Ok, as we speak my bike is in the shop, and I can't find inner tubes for my new tires. the front is 90/90x19 and the rear is 130/90x16. any help? The mechanic told me i could eliminate the inner tubes by buying a certain kind of valves, but i don;t know if thats a good idea. Let me know, i'm...
