Should the "choke tube" in the carburetor bowl be submerged in gas or no?
I've got my hands on a 1981 2A2 XS400 and managed to get it running after a carb clean, but the choke is completely unresponsive so I took the carbs out again and I noticed that the brass tube which leads to the choke is dry => the hole on back of the bowl is "dry/empty/clogged?"
