swing armsuspension

Hey guys, I am trying to remove the swing arm but cant seem to get the bolt out. I got it moving but I cant tell if it is rusted in there or maybe has threads inside that Im stipping. It moves but not a lot and sounds like its grinding inside. Just thought Id throw it out there before I pull...
